1. What were you doing 10 years ago? Hmmm... let's see 10 years ago I had just gotten married, to my first husband, and was thinkin' life was okay. I was working for the doc's office, driving a dodge NEON, (cool, I know,) and I think I was going to Bridgerland in medical office stuff, cause, ya know I was going to work in the doc's office forever. I was living in a little basement apartment, one bedroom, and had a pet SNAKE (courtesy of the romantic husband).
2. What is on your To Do list today? Well, since the day is almost fininshed, my to do list includes getting Caesy (I mean CJ) to B-Ball practice, going back to work for a few, a few loads of laundry await when I get home, along with the dinner dishes, watch a movie with my hubby, and hopefully finish my TWILIGHT book. (Yes, STILLLLLL on the first one ERIN!) Is there time for all of this?
3. Snacks that I enjoy. Pumpkin Cookies!!!! My fav!
4. Three Bad Habits. sHOPPING, Piling up clutter, and neglecting the "sock basket."
5. If I were suddenly a billionaire I would... hire someone to fold the socks. lol! I would buy a bigger house, (the kids need a little more space), and I would give my hubby some money to buy as many $@&^% COWS as he pleases. :) Then I would go shopping!
6. Five Places I've lived. Logan, Smithfield, Lewiston, Tremonton, and... Heaven, I guess. HA!
7. Five Jobs: sandwhich maker, piano teacher, piano player, doc's office, and construction office.
8. Five things people don't know about me.......
I have a little OCD about making sure my bed gets made. If it's not made before I go to work I have to come home at lunch and make it. It's hard now that I leave before Jason, but I make my side with him in it, and come home at lunch and make his side. He laughs. He will think when I tuck the corners so tight he can't get out. :)
I have never seen the movie BAMBI. (tried, Fell asleep)
I hate it when people blow their nose in PUBLIC! Gross!!!! Makes me gag. Really. I almost throw up! Go to the bathroom to do it for heaven's sake.
I really haven't been to the gym since Christmas. Sorry Amy! Truth is out! I am going back, though!!! Tomorrow!!!! But I still haven't eaten a french fry.
I HATE Lord of the RINGS! Dumb dumb movie! Too long, too boring, tooo DUMB! Sorry.

Remeber how we always said as kids that we wouldn't turn into our MOTHER? Well... it happens. And I HAVE! This last week, especially, I have caught myself saying quite a few "Tana-isms." Amy- you will probably be the only one who appreciates this, but, here are a list of things I have said, and after have just shook my head in disbelief. I LOVE YOU MOM!
For example, Hadlee rolled her eyes at me today. I told her she better not cause they "MIGHT get STUCK THAT WAY."
Caesy sassed me about getting her room cleaned. I said "don't get LIPPY with me young LADY!"
Jason was rummaging through the pantry for a snack. He said he was hungry. Guess what I said??????? I said "you're not HUNGRY, you're just BORED!"
These are just a few examples. I catch myself all the time saying those little "one liners" that mom always said. I guess we really dooooo turn into our mothers. It's okay. My mom is a pretty dang good one to turn into!
Looking back at the last year
and all that I have accomplished, Iam reminded of ....
all the @#$% that I resolved to do, but
didn't.
So.... here are my top ten nEw yeAr's reSolUtiOns!
1. shiNy SinK eVerY dAy! Yep. Flylady. Watch for the link. This has been a life saver more than a handful of times, and it's a goal this year because it didn't get done as much as it needed to.
2. GYM! gotta get to that stinkin' place at least 4 days per week. I did really good for a while, then the holidays came and they kicked my tail.
3. eMeRGeNcY repair to the savings account christmas was fun, but the savings account is BLEEDING! goal is $5,000 by next christmas.
4. spend more time with my kids life gets crazy busy, but i need to remember what the real purpose of life is... my family.
5. no fReNch fRieS that's right. no french fries for one year. thought about using mtn dew, but what kind of quality of life is that?
6. climb "chOke cheRry" (dune lovers, you know the extremety here.) might take me all year. or at least all year to recover when i roll down the dune because i got stuck mid-mountain because i can't find third gear. typical problem. watch my posts this summer.... pics of either "queen of the mountain", or "queen of the life flight."
7. get a nEw pHoNe t-mobile... YOU SUCK!
8. get a goose hubby said i missed my one and only chance last year. could have swatted it with the butt of the gun, but NO ONE TOLD ME you could shoot a GOOSE during DUCK HUNTING SEASON! why don't the call it duck and goose hunting?
9. taKe a phOtOgraPhy clAsS hooked a little now, thank you MOMENTS BY KELLEE
10. UPdatE this BLOG at least once per week
